Reginald Wadley has spent more than two decades in the fire service, rising through operations, technical rescue, and leadership roles that calm judgment under pressure.
His assignments across the county—including technical rescue and special operations—has always been about people first: preparing for the worst, executing with precision, and never losing sight of why the job matters.
Our story
When COVID-19 reshaped daily life, the need for rigorous, trustworthy disinfection stopped being optional—it became part of how we protect schools, workplaces, vehicles, and homes. Reginald founded Rescue Spraying to answer that need with the same seriousness he brings to the fire service: evidence-based products, disciplined process, and respect for every space we enter. The pandemic made invisible threats feel personal—so he built a company that treats every job like it matters, because it does.
