WHAT IS THE DISINFECTANT?

We use VitalOxide. Which is a chlorine dioxide, which does not contain bleach. It is able to kill up to 99.9% of all viruses and is less corrosive, safer, and gentler than household bleach. FDA and CDC approved, safe for people, pets and all furniture.

HOW LONG WILL THIS PROCESS TAKE AND WILL WE HAVE TO LEAVE FOR A PERIOD OF TIME?

This process is rather speedy. In a quarter acre home it would take around 30 minutes, and the time would vary based on the size of the facility. During the process, you do not have to leave your home, but we ask that space is given due to the active spraying of the disinfectant.
